SUMMER JAM 

This past February we were honored to create special sets for Summer Jam in Melbourne, Australia. The Jam has become one of the most globally recognized street ball tourneys in the whole world. Through out the past 11 years of Summer Jam, they have hosted over 1000+ players & 300+ creatives since its inauguration. 

FULL CIRCLE:

We have created with Jordan Brand in past but this one was special as we were tasked to create directly with Summer Jam through our good friend (and one of the greatest sports designers in the world) Mr. Chad Mann.

Prior to this project Chad helped NJS rebrand for our 10 year anniversary launch and helped usher in the new decade of team wear with insight and knowledge that blew our mind. When he called upon NJS to assist in this project  we got on it with no hesi and created the perfect reversible set for both men and women. We created custom lettering on vinyl so they can customize jerseys on spot at the event. One of my favorite parts is the custom type face for the numbers that are complete with the stained glass inspired artwork for the numbers. We don't design everything we get to produce, but why the best hire us is that we definitely know how to take an artists vision and create the final masterpiece as they intended it to be. No shortcuts. 

PREMIER TALENT:

The best of the best played in this tournament. Basketball legend,  Lance Stephenson, pulled up. Even Drizzy Drake came thru to catch the action live. 

SUMMARY:

Down to the classic "Jordan Brand" diamond cut on the shorts, to the custom type face lettering + the hard to accomplish stain glass side panel on the jersey -  NJS had a hand in creating one of the illest street ball jerseys this year. Working with world class brands and artists all across the globe and creating these connections from the office at home is nothing short of amazing. Backed by other globally recognized brands like Footlocker, Summer Jam and Jordan Brand, NJS is more than just at the table, we are in the kitchen helping cook the meals.
