NJS Policies

Due to the custom nature of our products, NJS is unable to provide any refunds and returns. If you have placed the order with us, it is a binding contract. Please understand this policy before purchase. After approving the design mock up no changes can be made to the product. Furthermore, apparel does not print until the mock up is approved by the customer.

COLORS : We do not guarantee 100% color match but match as closely as possible within CMYK industry standards for cards. Card color may shift from design displayed on computer monitors (we cannot compensate for RGB values you may be viewing through your screen). Heavy stocks may absorb colors more than other stocks, which can affect color results.

1. How long is the turnaround time for custom team orders? 

• Orders typically take 4-6 weeks upon finalization of design and payment. Large bulk orders and those with intricate designs may take 1-2 weeks longer.

2. Is there a minimum per order?

• 8-10 per order is usually required. 
• NOTE: You can only order below minimum if its a repeat order of the same design. Prices subject to change (15% of original price will be added for most orders)

3. Do you ship internationally?

• Yes. We have shipped to Mexico, Canada and even the UK. Shipping rates will apply

3. How do the sizes run?

• Standard US sizing and our jerseys fit true to size. For more comprehensive list please view charts below.
