Due to the custom nature of our products, NJS is unable to provide any refunds and returns. If you have placed the order with us, it is a binding contract. Please understand this policy before purchase. After approving the design mock up no changes can be made to the product. Furthermore, apparel does not print until the mock up is approved by the customer. The only time a refund for custom order is if an obvious spelling mistake, color or logo/design error has occurred.
PANDEMIC: Due to the global Covid-19 pandemic all of NJS production manufacturers, shipping facilities, fabric houses, and 3rd party courier partners (DHL, FEDEX, UPS, USPS) are experiencing widespread delays.
DEADLINES: NJS does not guarantee delivery dates.(Also see Pandemic update above) In good faith, we do our very best to meet a clients deadlines at a standard 4-6 week lead time. Therefore, no refunds are to be given if deadlines are not met.
COLORS and DESIGN : We do not guarantee 100% color match but match as closely as possible within CMYK industry standards for cards. Card color may shift from design displayed on computer monitors (we cannot compensate for RGB values you may be viewing through your screen). Heavy stocks may absorb colors more than other stocks, which can affect color results.
